Center for Performing Arts offers two spaces for rent on an hourly or weekly basis.
We offer a discount to MN Fringe Festival participants.
In addition to the hourly studios, CFPA has private offices and studios available for rent on a more long-term basis. These studios range in size from 100 sf to 600 sf. Availability and rates vary.
